This mallet measures 11 inches long with the head measuring 3 inches wide X 1-3/4 inches thick, and handle end measuring 1-1/4 inches round. Fashioned from a single piece of domestic hard wood, this mallet has been shaped and rounded to show the woods natural beauty. Unlike other cooking mallets you find in chain stores, this mallet was carefully crafted in a home-based woodworking studio from a single skilled craftsman.

The mallet comes with one side flat and the other side textured.

The mallet is finely sanded to a satin smooth surface and finished with durable food safe salad bowl oil.
